Our services
Algomeda is a corporate services provider in Dubai. We assist with company formation, licensing, PRO and visa processing, bank account application support, accounting, tax registration and filing, and related business services. Where a service requires a licensed professional (such as statutory audit or legal advice), it is delivered through our licensed partner firms.
Quotations and fees
- Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your final cost depends on your business activity, jurisdiction, number of visas and other requirements, and is confirmed in a written quotation.
- Government, free zone and authority fees can change without notice. Any change will be passed on at cost.
- Fees are payable as set out in your quotation or service agreement. Work starts once the agreed payment is received.
Refunds
- Government, free zone and third-party fees already paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
- Our professional fees for work already carried out are non-refundable.
- Any refund of unused fees is handled under the terms of your service agreement.
Approvals and timelines
Licences, visas, permits, bank accounts and tax registrations are approved by government authorities, free zones and banks, not by Algomeda. We prepare and submit your application properly, but we cannot guarantee approval or a specific timeline. Timelines we give are estimates based on current processing times.
Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and genuine documents and information.
- Tell us promptly about any change in your circumstances, shareholders or business activity.
- Cooperate with know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks required by UAE law, banks and authorities.
- Keep your licence, visas and tax filings compliant after setup, unless you have engaged us to manage them.
We may refuse or stop a service if information is false or incomplete, or if a request would breach UAE law.
