What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
- Enquiry details: the service you need, your message, and any business information you share.
- Service documents (only once you become a client): passport copies, visas, Emirates ID, photographs, proof of address, company documents and other information needed to process licences, visas, bank account applications, tax registrations and related services.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site and the page that referred you.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking” below).
Why we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quotation.
- To deliver the services you engage us for, including submitting applications to government authorities, free zone authorities and banks on your behalf.
- To send service updates, renewal reminders and compliance deadlines.
- To send marketing messages about our services, only where you have agreed or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed to provide our services or when required by law:
- UAE government bodies and free zone authorities (for example the Department of Economy and Tourism, GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, the Federal Tax Authority and free zone authorities).
- Banks and financial institutions, when you ask us to support a bank account application. Account approval is always at the bank’s discretion.
- Licensed partners such as audit firms, law firms and accounting firms, when your service requires them.
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, form and analytics providers, bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities or courts, where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses:
- Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
- Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which adverts lead to enquiries.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure and improve our adverts.
- WhatsApp chat button to let you message us directly. Messages are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Security and form tools that protect the site from spam and attacks.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
International transfers
Some of our service providers (such as Google and Meta) may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records and service documents: for as long as UAE law requires us to keep them (generally at least 5 years after the service ends), then securely deleted.
How we protect it
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to client files, and confidentiality obligations for our staff and partners. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Your rights
Subject to UAE law, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it;
- stop or limit how we use it, including for marketing;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier.

Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this website.
